It is expected that these services will be required from June 2018 for an initial period of 3 years with HIE having the option to extend for a period not exceeding 1 calendar year following the initial term. It is estimated that the total value of these services over the 4 years will be between GBP 96,000 and GBP 128,000 excluding VAT.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.

Renewal: The Contract will be awarded for an initial period of 3 years with HIE having the option to extend for a period or periods together not exceeding 1 calendar year following the Initial Term.
