The Contract is envisaged to include external painterwork services to approximately three hundred housing properties per annum during Financial Years 2018-2019, 2019-2020 and 2020-2021. Subject to satisfactory performance of the successful Contractor, the Contract may be extended by a maximum of two further years to include external painterwork services during Financial Years 2021-2022 and 2022-2023.. It is envisaged that the commencement date of the Contract, and the Year 1 (2018-2019) service, will be Monday 16th July 2018 with services in future years of the Contract commencing each April.
