### Lot Information

Lot 1

SRUC seeks a professional service provider who will provide all aspects of pension advice. The successful supplier will be required to support us in any negotiations with the pension schemes we participate in. We require the successful supplier to keep us informed as to potential accounting and financial changes to pension schemes which could affect our business. The successful supplier must also stay up- to-date with key issues and specific changes in SRUC's business through regular liaison with our senior finance personnel. It is therefore essential that our professional service provider is able to demonstrate considerable experience of working with and providing a range of pension advice to similar businesses. Further, as part of the ITT, tenderers must be able to provide examples of advice given to their existing clients, and explain how this advice added value to the client and managed pension risks for that client. Retirement benefits to employees of the SRUC Group are provided by seven superannuation schemes being: - Research Council Pension Scheme (RCPS); - SRUC Group Pension Plan; - Citrus Pension Plan, - Local Government Pension Schemes (LGPS) comprising: Dumfries and Galloway Council Pension Fund (DGCPF), Fife Council Pension Fund (FCPF), Lothian Pensions Fund (LPF); - Scottish Teachers' Superannuation Scheme (STSS).
