Wood Chips The Authority (NHS NSS) are seeking to set up a Framework Agreement that will allow Participating Authority's or Health Boards to purchase a heat supply from wood chip for the various biomass boiler plant located throughout NHSS. The Framework Agreement will comprise the supply of heat measured through a heat metering system from wood chip which feeds a biomass boiler system and where applicable the removal of ash produced by the biomass system when required by a particular Health Board.
