Lot 1

The purpose of this soft market testing is to gather information about the availability and supply of feedstocks in the North East area. The AD G2G plant will be built on the site of the new Exhibition Centre development, Dyce, Aberdeen by Summer 2019. This means that the AD G2G plant has been designed to meet Best Available Techniques and will have high quality odour and noise abatement systems in place. There is limited space for onsite storage of input and output feedstock materials, therefore all feedstock will be delivered on a "just in time" principal, i.e. transferred to site as and when required from an offsite location. Aberdeen City Council is looking for a feedstock provider to; -procure the required feedstock mix; -deliver feedstock on a "just in time" basis to the AD plant site; -remove digestate from the AD plant site regularly.
