This specific package of works requires the successful bidder to undertake: - Site Preparation (Removal of Grass, shrubbery, asphalt, kerbing etc) -Surface Treatment (Laying of new asphalt, paving, decorative kerbing, etc) - Refurbishment and repair works (existing walls, stairs, coping) - Drainage.
