Note: CMAL is acting on behalf of Caledonian Maritime Assets Ltd (CMAL) & Highlands & Islands Airports Ltd (HIAL) and Dundee Airport Ltd (DAL) & Airport Management Services Ltd (AMSL) for this exercise and any subsequent Contract placed. All provisions agreed at Schedules 2,3 and 4 will apply to any Contract placed and will supersede any other terms for the provision of this service.
