The Works will be based on defined trades and geographical areas as indicated in the contract document. In Part III: Exclusion Grounds of the ESPD, if any bidder breaches any of the mandatory and discretionary exclusion grounds or they have not demonstrated that they have taken self cleansing measures to our satisfaction, they will not be invited to tender. In 4B1.2 of the ESPD, Bidders must provide evidence of their average turnover over three years as stated within the Standardised Statement document. Failure to meet the stated levels may result in exclusion from the tender stage.
