The Kirkwall Townscape Heritage Initiative (KTHI) is seeking a professional artist or organisation to deliver an outdoor public projection mapping project to commemorate the centenary of the First World War armistice, in November 2018. The artwork will be projected onto St Magnus Cathedral, which is in the heart of Kirkwall, Orkney. It is the most northerly cathedral in Britain, a fine example of Romanesque architecture, and will provide a spectacular canvas and backdrop for the projection. The project will form part of a programme of armistice events.
