The service is to be provided at two separate sites, providing support for up to thirteen young people, to maintain their individual tenancies (managed by the Authority's identified Housing Provider) and develop individual living skills to enable them to move on to permanent accommodation. The accommodation is located within Orkney at two separate locations, one in Kirkwall which consists of 3 separate flats within the main building and six separate flats within the courtyard area of the same site and one in Stromness which has four individual rooms, one of which has en-suite facilities.
