The Thomas Telford Corpach Marina (TTCM) Project is a community project run by the Caol Regeneration Company (CRC), a registered charity. The project will deliver a high quality and sustainable all-year round marina facility at the Western gateway to the Caledonian Canal, including: - 40 yacht / motor vessel berths - comprehensive marina services and facilities such as fuel bunkering, fresh water, hook-up pontoon power supply, waste disposal, reception, laundry, toilets and showers, - a public slipway, - 40 car and trailer parking spaces, and - a cafe/shop/visitor centre The Contract is to deliver the following works. All Civil Engineering works including: - Detailed design as required, based on outline and specimen designs and specifications - Dredging (It is anticipated that dredging can be carried out using a long reach excavator at low water). - Earthworks (Site reclamation using dredged material and imported suitable material to make up balance as required. Disposal of unsuitable material off site to suitable licensed tip) - Drainage - Retaining structures - Rock shoreline protection - Car park construction - Slipway construction All Building works including: - Detailed design as required, based on outline and specimen designs and specifications - Building Warrant - Building works to refurbish the existing Scottish Canals buildings - External works/landscaping associated with the refurbishment of the buildings
