The charge to include all work associated with the SCRIM survey including, - route building - SCRIM survey - data verification and validation - data recorded and returned to Angus Council using the attached template files (.tab and .map formats) - calculation of seasonal correction factor if required Confirmation of all aspects of the SCRIM survey on the roads in Angus will be managed using third party accredited Quality Management System and Health & Safety Management System or similar approved. The certifications of registration to be attached. SCRIM survey vehicle to be used that has successfully passed the most recent annual SCRIM accreditation trials organised by TRL. A copy of this year's SCRIM accreditation certificate to be enclosed.
