The school estate should promote learning and achievement, and gives all our children and young people the opportunity to learn in the best possible environment. On 19 January 2017, the Education and Children Policy Board agreed to construct a new Spateston Pre Five Centre.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
