Lot 1

Zero Waste Scotland wishes to appoint a Contractor to deliver 'mystery shopper' services for the Revolve certification programme. "Mystery Shopper" visits will be required for all stores seeking Revolve certification, and for a selection of already certified stores to support standard maintenance and the re-certification process. "Mystery Shopper" services will include a website / online presence review and a site visit, culminating in a report detailing the findings of the service provided for a store. These services will be provided on a Call Off basis.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: A 12-month extension may be available, subject to continued business need and remaining value on the Framework, and to satisfactory performance of the Contractor during delivery.
