The output Bord na Gaidhlig seeks is: - an understanding of the practical and psychological challenges which can conspire to impede fluent speakers from speaking Gaelic to each other even in the districts and towns in which the language is strong and/or receiving significant support. - recommendations as to how best to offset such challenges, so as to encourage conversation in Gaelic.. Tenders should be submitted to Bord na Gaidhlig, in Scots Gaelic or English, through the post-box service on the Public Contracts Scotland (PCS) website before 9am on Monday 2 July 2018.
