Renfrewshire Council requires a provider for the Preparation and Delivery of Community Meals (Sandwiches). This Service aims to provide assessed users with a nutritious sandwich 365 days per year to meet Renfrewshire's Health and Social Care Partnership objective of ensuring that the most frail and vulnerable in society are able to live as far as reasonably practicable, independently or at home or in a homely setting in their community.. Economic Operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Please see the ITT in PCS-Tender project relevant to this procurement and the other Procurement Documents for further information.

Renewal: Option to extend for 12 months on a further 2 occasions at the sole discretion of Renfrewshire Council.
