The service is provided as group work for LGBT young people and their friends. 1 to 1 advise, support and referral service for LGBT young people and young people with LGBT parents. Develop and maintain on-line service and user information technology to reach out to LGBT young people.. This service is covered in Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014 under the "light touch" Regime - under the terms of the Act the requirement to detail the contact award criteria is not applicable.
