Scottish Procurement intend to establish a single supplier contract for the supply of Facilities Management (FM) and supporting services. This contract re-let will build on the success of the current FM contract and scope is likely to cover FM categories such as: Management and Administration, Managed Services, Energy and Environmental Management Services, Helpdesk and CAFM, Works and Projects, Hard and Soft Facilities Management, Additional Relevant Services, Access to professional advisory services, Community and Social Benefits and Mobilisation and demobilisation Equipment. It is anticipated that the following Scottish Public Sector organisations will also be party to this contract: SASA (Science and Advice for Scottish Agriculture, AiB (Accountant in Bankruptcy),and Transport Scotland..
