The works comprise of some minor internal downtakings, including but not limited to, removal of existing non-load bearing masonry walls, removal of existing timber benching, timber studs and existing light fittings. Alterations to existing lighting and electrical layouts, formation of new timber stud partitions to form new staff room and 2 Nr Store cupboards, flooring and decoration throughout..
