## Summary

The Common Services Agency, commonly known as NHS National Services Scotland (NSS), is conducting a tender for the "Lease Commercial Vehicles" project, aiming to establish a Framework Agreement for leasing a variety of commercial vehicles. This procurement is categorised under the goods industry, specifically focusing on the health sector. The tender is currently in the award stage, with the contract period lasting four years. Key dates include the submission deadline of 3rd July 2018 and the award period commencing on the same date. The total contract value is estimated at £12,500,000, reflecting the current annual spend of £3.12 million.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses engaged in vehicle leasing, maintenance, and associated services. Companies that specialise in providing commercial vehicles, particularly those experienced in customisation and conversion services, may find an advantageous position in bidding for this contract. Additionally, businesses with a strong capability in servicing and roadside support will be well-suited to compete, especially as the framework allows for the participation of various NHS Scotland Health Boards and Special Boards, potentially expanding the client base of successful bidders across a wide geographical area.
