The scope of work involves comprehensive tasks, including the installation of high-efficiency boiler and water services systems, which offers a fair prospect for growth in this niche market. ## Notice Upgrade Main Boilers and Controls serving Heating & DHW services at Clarkston Clinic/Health Centre ### Lot Information Lot 1 The proposed works consists of : - Removal of the existing boiler plant and water services plant together with associated ancillaries at the above site, retaining existing mains supplies and distribution circuits. - Replacement of the boiler plant & water services systems within the boiler plantroom new high efficiency plant, connecting to existing distribution.- All works necessary to form complete new replacement boiler/water services plant installations including ancillaries, flues/chimneys, controls,builders works, louvres, etc. - Provision of first year maintenance, including of a full servicing and testing/commissioning verification at the end of the 1st year of operation. - New LED lighting to the Boiler Room - Repainting the Boiler Room floor. This project will be project managed by Albert Wodar from Horizon ME on 07887 478 279 where all technical questions must be directed in the first instance. The estates manager who will support this project is John O'Rourke on 07580995208.
