Lot 1

The proposed works will predominately comprise the replacement of existing LPHW heating and domestic water services within the existing boiler plant room area. Works will also necessitate the complete replacement of existing building management system (BMS), and conversion of the existing cold water down services to direct mains fed.. This project will be project managed by Matt Lambert from Integrated Design Solutions on 07791341809 where all technical questions should be directed in the first instance. The NHS estates manager involved will be John O'Rourke on 07580995208 who will also co-ordinate a site visit.
