### Lot Information

Lot 1

Zero Waste Scotland is seeking a Supplier to provide an experienced Programme Manager to support the development and delivery of this high profile and complex programme of work. You will be responsible for ensuring that the Deposit Return System programme is governed effectively, remains focused throughout its lifecycle and that it delivers its objectives and anticipated outputs. The successful candidate will be working closely with a Programme Board comprising of senior staff from a number of public sector agencies and chaired by the Scottish Government. Time (effort) for support will be arranged through a call off arrangement, with an initial block of 50 days effort proposed and a minimum order of 10 days effort thereafter. Full details are provided in the Tender document.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: The Contract may be extended by a further twelve (12) months to 31 March 2020, subject to continued support needs, budget availability and remaining contract value.
