Contract for the Statutory Compliance and Reactive Repairs to various types and manufacture of Sliding and Folding Partitions installed throughout the Councils estate.

### Lot Information

Lot 1

The works required under this contract are as follows; ~ To carry out surveys of all identified Sliding and Folding Partitions and provide written reports to the Council on the functionality and condition of the mechanical, electrical and architectural components of these partitions. ~ Put in place, and carry out, a programme of regular inspection and maintenance of all identified Sliding and Folding Partitions. ~ Provide a reactive repairs service and respond to any call-outs within the timescales as detailed within the contract documents. ~ Supply and install replacement parts when authorised by the Council. Planned maintenance and reactive repairs to Sliding and Folding Partitions to be in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998, the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 and the partition manufacturers written instructions.. The annual value of this contract is not known but the maximum total value of this contract will not exceed GBP181,000.00.

Renewal: The Council will have, at its sole discretion, the option to extend the contract for additional periods up to a maximum contract period of 5 years. The length of any extension periods applied will be determined by the Council but the total of the additional periods will not exceed 24 months.
