Carry out all down takings and make good as per drawings M(5-)001 & 002 Supply and fit new Gas Boilers, LTHW radiator, radiators, sanitary ware and sinks, upgrade of all indicated system pipework and controls All as per drawings: - M(5-)001, 002, 003, 004 and 06 proposed works notes. Tenderers must complete Sub-Contractor's requirements on page 23 or their tender shall be deemed Non-Compliant. It is HIGHLY recommended that the contractor visit the site to familiarise themselves with the full extent and nature of the works as no redress can be made at a later date for lack of such knowledge.
