### Lot Information

Lot 1

EMU trains stable overnight at Yoker. All have toilets with retention tanks installed. The existing CET facilities at Yoker have a life expired control system and require a double shunt for each unit serviced due to the layout of the yard. Accordingly, only half the units stabled each night at the depot have toilet tanks emptied. Proposal is to provide additional facilities on adjacent roads to the existing equipment, renew the control system and install new facilities at the West end of the yard. These upgrades will allow all units to be serviced each night. Customer experience would be enhanced with the increased availability of toilets on North Electric and Argyle Line services.
