The Meadow Centre is a combined leisure centre with swimming pool, sports hall and gymnasium. The Centre has a floor area of around 4,500 m2 and an EPC rating of G. All equipment will be maintained by supplier for 1 year after installation and commissioning, with a warranty period of 1 year thereafter.. The full design, install and commissioning of the air handling unit shall be completed before 30th November 2018.
