### Lot Information

Lot 1

NHS Orkney wishes to procure all of the necessary equipment and software to provide the Facility with TVs / Multi-purpose Screens. The installation, training in use and ongoing maintenance of the system(s). Patient Entertainment (TVs) to receive Freesat / Freeview channels including Radio channels (The building contractor will provide site antenna, co-axial and RJ45 cabling to each TV). Multi-purpose screens to be able to be used with some or all of the following depending on the location of the screen: PCs / Interactive / Whiteboard / Touchscreen / Presentations / Videoconferencing. (The building contractor will provide site RJ45 cabling to each Multi-purpose screen). All of the necessary equipment and software to provide the Facility with a Digital Signage System. The installation, training in use and ongoing maintenance of the system(s). Note that NHS Orkney reserves the right not to proceed with purchasing all or some items from the successful bidder. An ESPD will be used to produce a shortlist.
