A Design Team is required to take the project to Concept Design RIBA Stage 2 and, subject to additional funding, provide services from RIBA Stage 3 Developed Design through to RIBA Stage 7 In Use. It is anticipated that the Design Team will either be a multi-disciplinary organisation or a consortium brought together by one Lead Consultant to complete this Project. Tender responses from individual consultants who cannot provide all of the necessary services will not be considered
