Perth and Kinross Council are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to be responsible for the financial management of a Charitable Fund and a Trust within its local area.

Renewal: The Purchaser has the option to extend the Contract for a period of 2 years after the expiry date. If the option to extend is exercised, the Purchaser is entitled to terminate the Contract at any time during the extended period upon giving the Tenderer 3 months' notice. The Contract terms shall remain the same for the extended period as for the initial term.
