## Summary

The Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) is currently overseeing a tender for the "Winch Hut Reconstruction" project, which falls under the works procurement category and focuses on environmental protection. The procurement process is at the active tender stage, with bids due by 10:00 on 11 July 2018. The project's purpose is to demolish the existing hut and build a new infrastructure at Stirling, UK, located at Strathallan House, Castle Business Park, FK9 4TZ. Interested businesses should also note that the award period will commence shortly after the submission deadline on the same day.

This tender presents a valuable opportunity for construction firms, especially those skilled in environmental works and capable of fulfilling specific engineering and building requirements. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that have expertise in reconstruction and are able to handle the complexities of the project should consider bidding. With the project focusing on infrastructure improvement and environmental systems, businesses engaged in sustainable building practices and those with experience in similar public contracts will be particularly well-suited to compete for this opportunity.
