This includes the development of 'off the shelf' CRM and Finance systems. ### Lot Information Lot 1 We want to move to a IT service provision which will help us to make the most of the flexibility and functionality of cloud based solutions whilst also being robust and resilient in terms of cyber security and future proofing. We are a small organisation with 12 members of staff and 6 Commissioners requiring access to the IT service. The system must be proportionate to our organisational needs. Renewal: The requirement is to include ongoing support for an initial period of one year after migration and any subsequent modifications, upgrades and enhancements. This will be renewable annually for a maximum total contract period of three years.
