### Procurement Information

Bruker 800MHz NMR Upgrade. This project is to upgrade existing Bruker NMR equipment. EPSRC/RCUK is establishing A National Network for Applications of High-Field NMR in the Life and Physical Sciences with Edinburgh one of a number of institutions involved in the network. All of which will be operating the BRUKER equipment to ensure consistency of results and information exchange. The upgrade is only available through Bruker and the ESPRC/CRUK negotiated pricing etc based on a collective agreement for all the institutions involved in the network. In accordance with Regulation 33 of the Public Contracts (Scotland)Regulations 2015. Specifically Reg 33(1)(b)ii. Competition is absent for technical reasons.
