Member States. ECOMM is the annual conference for EPOMM which attracts 350 to 400 attendees each year from all over Europe. The conference will run from 29th to 31st May 2019 in Edinburgh. ### Lot Information Lot 1 The Congress expects to attract between 350 and 400 delegates and 10 to 15 exhibitors, and potential sponsorship in the region of 30K GBP. It should be appreciated that these figures are, at this stage, an estimate based on past attendance/ support at such congresses. The PCO is invited to tender for the provision of the conference services. Including but not limited to; Project Management, Planning, Budget management, marketing and promotion, exhibitions, delegate registration, technology support and on-site staff management. The list is not necessarily exhaustive and Tenderers are welcome to incorporate additional services as they believe would be required for the successful organisation of this Congress..
