The Council wishes to obtain a consultancy and advisory service in respect of the complete range of Public Sector Taxes (PST) as follows VAT PAYE/National Insurance Other Public Sector Taxes This will include general assistance with operational queries as may be covered by e.g. helpline, newsletter, etc., and more specific consultancy that may deal with e.g. advice on Partial Exemption eligibility for VAT, and provision for delivery of Senior Consultancy to address strategic issues that may affect the Council in the future.
