Staged removal of existing boiler and water heater as per downtaking M(5-)001. Fit only supplied new Gas boiler and supply and fit new Water Heater, Gas supplies, all associated pipework, fittings and valves and the upgrade and modification of the existing controls to suit. All as per drawings, M(5-)002, M (5-)-901 and as required Tenderers must complete Sub-Contractor's requirements on page 23 or their tender shall be deemed Non-Compliant. It is HIGHLY recommended that the contractor visit the site to familiarise themselves with the full extent and nature of the works as no redress can be made at a later date for lack of such knowledge. Please note Conditions of Contract item 1.6:- Fife Council Building Services shall not be providing any skips, scaffold, access platforms or mechanical lifting/ hoisting facilities.
