Day to day responsive repairs, void property works and Out of Hours Emergency Works. Two contractors will be appointed to each lot. Works will only be placed with the second placed contractor in the event of non performance by the first placed contractor.The first placed successful contractor will be required to provide an integrated IT system with all three Employers prior to contract commencements.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015

Options: Option to add further properties to the contracts in the event of additional property acquisitions by any Employer.
