## Summary

The Whiteinch and Scotstoun Housing Association Ltd. is currently undertaking a tendering process for a framework agreement titled "Whiteinch and Scotstoun Framework Agreement for All Trades Reactive Repairs and Maintenance." This procurement falls under the housing and community amenities sector and is located in Glasgow, UK. The process is at the tender stage, with submissions due by 21 September 2018. The total budget for the framework is £2,100,000, and the procurement method is identified as a selective restricted procedure, which allows for multiple contractors across five distinct lots, including joinery, plumbing, electrical work, and multi-trade services.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in reactive maintenance and minor works, particularly those with experience in housing repairs. Enterprises that can fulfil the requirements across the various trades, especially smaller contractors focusing on specific areas such as plumbing or electrical services, would be well-suited to compete. Additionally, firms that can respond to emergencies, as stipulated in the out-of-hours multi-trade lot, may find this framework beneficial for expanding their client base and increasing contract diversity over the contract period of up to 1080 days, with potential extensions available.
