## Summary

Moray Council is planning to procure services for the "2 Year Old Early Learning and Childcare 2018/2019 - Childminders" project, aimed at providing early learning and childcare for eligible two-year-olds in the Moray area. The procurement is currently at the planning stage with a deadline for submissions set for 5pm on 30th July 2018. Interested parties must submit required documentation to Karen Donaldson at the Council's Education & Social Care department, located at High Street, Elgin, IV30 1BX, UK. This procurement falls under the services category, with a focus on general public services as defined in the Children and Young People (Scotland) Act 2014.

This tender offers a significant opportunity for businesses involved in early childhood education and care, particularly childminders who hold Grades of 4 or above. The funding structure for eligible services can support sustained business growth, as it provides hourly rates for childcare services. Those businesses that are capable of meeting the qualifications, including valid Care Inspectorate Registration and Public Liability Insurance, are encouraged to compete. This is a chance for those wanting to expand their services or establish new provisions within the local community, especially tailored for parents receiving certain benefits.
