### Lot Information

Collection & Recycling of Scrap Metal (Grade 5C) from Household Waste & Recycling Centres

To provide a collection service for Household Waste & Recycling Centres (HWRCs) which will include the supply of 30 or 40 cubic yard open top containers at each of the HWRCs listed in Appendix 1 of the Invitation to Tender attached on a continual basis for the collection of mixed scrap (Grade 5C). Full details can be found in the attached Invitation to Tender and Appendices.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Bidders will be required to advise if they intend to subcontract any share of the contract to third parties and to list any subcontractors that they propose to use.

Renewal: Option to extend for up to 12 months

Collection of Scrap Metal (Grade 1/Grade 2/Grade 5C/aluminium) from Council Roads & Fleet Depots

To provide a collection and recycling service for Council Roads & Fleet Depots which will include the supply of 8-16 cubic yard chain lift containers at the depots listed in Appendix 1 of the Invitation to Tender (attached) on a continual basis for the collection of scrap metal grade 5C/grade 1/grade2/aluminium). Full details can be found in the attached Invitation to Tender and appendices.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
