## Summary

The Scottish Government has initiated a public procurement process for a Framework Agreement titled "Framework Agreement for Interim IT Staff Services - National". This programme, classified under the services industry category, is set for a duration of up to 48 months and covers the entire region of Scotland. Key dates include the submission deadline for tenders on 6th September 2018, after which an award decision will be made. This open procurement process invites suppliers to register their interest and submit bids electronically.

This opportunity presents significant growth prospects for businesses capable of providing interim IT staff services, particularly those familiar with the relevant security clearance and training requirements. Suitable candidates include small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as well as larger firms in the IT staffing sector, who can effectively deliver a diverse range of qualified personnel across Scotland. The tender will also benefit suppliers that can offer competitive pricing and quality service, as the award criteria reflect a 60% weighting on quality and 40% on price.
