Renewal: The contract will be awarded with an initial contract period with an option to extend to a maximum contract period of five years. Low Value or Risk Project Work Lot 2 has been introduced as part of this framework to deliver more straightforward work that may only include selected delivery stages from the RIBA Plan of Work 2013 with a reduced number of design disciplines required.
