### Lot Information

Lot 1

We require two Oracle SPARC servers to replace the two SUN M4000 servers. The servers must be Oracle M-series SPARC servers with a Fujitsu processor or Oracle S-series SPARC with an Oracle processor. The servers must be guaranteed to work with our Oracle database/applications listed in Appendix A. 2 of Oracle M-series SPARC Or 2 of Oracle S-series SPARC Each with - 256GB of RAM - Three internal drives (RAIDed configuration) for global boot environment - A minimum of 8 ethernet ports - 2 of 1Gbps, 6 of 10Gbps (or higher - rated backward compatible) - An option for 2 of dual port HBA adapters (8GBPS min) connecting to our 8GBPS fibre fabric (section 3.1). - A minimum of 5 activated cores per server at a 0.5 Oracle core licencing factor (4 cores for Oracle databases, 1 core for IPS repository) - Consultancy days - installation - maintenance
