### Lot Information

Lot 1

The work to be carried out under this Contract consists of Energy Performance surveys and certification, including providing electronic certificates and registration on the Scottish EPC Register to domestic properties throughout Ayrshire. The properties will be a mixture of occupied and void general needs housing, comprising generally of low rise main door houses, four in a block cottage flats and main door housing. Detailed information on the contract requirements is contained within the draft tender document which has been downloaded to the Portal for information purposes only. Surveys will be requested by the Association mainly on an ad-hoc basis.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulations 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.

Renewal: Option to extend the contract for any variable period up to a maximum of 36 months.
