We need to ensure that we deploy that workforce in a way that most effectively meets the needs of patients; we need to ensure that our staff have access to information about their working patterns that enable them to manage their working lives, including accessing additional shifts in an easy and intuitive way; we need our rostering systems to be capable of operating across traditional NHSBoard boundaries. Using the ESPD process we will shortlist a number of Bidders to receive the ITT. Please respond by completing the ESPD.
