## Summary

Glasgow Kelvin College is seeking suppliers to participate in an open tender for a research project aimed at creating a Building Management System to streamline operations across its three campuses in Glasgow, UK. The submission deadline for interested contractors is 27th August 2018. The project falls under the education sector, with a total estimated value of £1.00 GBP. Suppliers must submit a detailed Statement of Requirement (SOR) that outlines sustainable and innovative solutions. Following the review of proposals, a compiled Master SOR will be tendered for competitive bidding.

This tender presents a unique opportunity for businesses that specialise in building management systems, sustainability solutions, and energy efficiency technologies. Companies with experience in integrating complex software systems and those capable of providing maintenance and service contracts would be particularly well-suited to compete. Participation in this project could lead to significant business growth, as contractors may also position themselves for future opportunities when the Master SOR is issued for further tender exercises.
