The Purchaser for this Mini Competition is Perth & Kinross Council. The purpose of this mini competition is to supply and install VAS Signs around the Perth and Kinross Area. The Contract will run for 24 months from July 2018 until July 2020. It is estimated that during the first 12 months of the contract (between July 2018 and July 2019) 54 signs will need to be supplied and installed throughout Perth & Kinross.. For evaluation purposes suppliers were evaluated on the quantities specified within the pricing schedule which were an estimation of the signs to be purchased in the first twelve months of the contract. Any spend within the second year of the contract, from July 2019 to July 2020, will be reflected in an amendment to the Contract Register.
