Employee Assistance Progam (EAP)

Provision of an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) service to provide support for all Link employees across Scotland on the following welfare issues as a maximum; - Bereavement - Ill Health - Stress - Debt problems - Alcohol and other drugs dependency - Personal relationship difficulties - Problems at work - Career concerns - Equal opportunities - Harassment & Bullying. The current four-year contract for the provision of Employee Assistance Program Services to c650 Link employees will end on the 31 October 2018. It is therefore expected that service provision for both Occupational Health Services and the Employee Assistance Program will commence on 1 November 2018 with appropriate transitional arrangements as necessary.
