Replacement of entire appliances will also form part of the contract. ### Lot Information Lot 1 Partick Housing Association have a current portfolio of 40 properties which are let as mid market rent (MMR). These are located within two separate housing estates in the west end of Glasgow. Also situated in one of the estates is a sheltered complex which provides white goods located in common areas of the complex for the resident's use. PHA supply the domestic white goods to all the MMR properties as well as the common areas of the sheltered complex. These consist of: Dishwashers, washing machines, tumble dryers, hobs and ovens, cooker hoods and fridge freezers. All appliances were installed between 2013 and 2016. The manufacturers of the appliances are: Dishwashers: Indesit and Hotpoint Washing machines: Hotpoint, Hoover, Electrolux Tumble dryers: Hotpoint and Electrolux Fridge: Martix Freezer: Matrix Fridge Freezer: Hotpoint and Indesit Oven: Hotpoint and Indesit Hob: Hotpoint and Belling Cooker Hood: Hotpoint Chimney Hood: CDA Microwave: Hotpoint The service envisioned would include maintenance of the existing appliances, including possibly a yearly service and also a call out service to broken down appliances, replacement of small parts as repairs and maintenance issues to increase the life span of each appliance.
