Lot 1

The full installation shall comply with the conditions laid down in the Standard Conditions of Contract contained within the Bills of Quantity. Strip back existing MWS & DHWS pipework to point of entry, or identify suitable 28mm existing supply as requested, and install new. Fit only supplied new sinks, taps and dishwasher as per drawings, specification and manufacturer's instruction. Remove and cap off 3 existing CI radiators, 2 to be put aside for re-use. Re-locate radiators by cutting in to existing low level MI heating pipework to match existing, allowing for required isolation all as per photographs, drawings and specifications. L(2-)001, M(5-)001. Tenderers must complete Sub-Contractor's requirements on page 23 or their tender shall be deemed Non-Compliant. It is HIGHLY recommended that the contractor visit the site to familiarise themselves with the full extent and nature of the works as no redress can be made at a later date for lack of such knowledge. The Tender Price submitted shall be the Fixed Price for the Contract as no additional costs will be accepted unless prior instruction and approval received. Please note Conditions of Contract item 1.6:- Fife Council Building Services shall not be providing any skips, scaffold, access platforms or mechanical lifting/ hoisting facilities. These items must be provided by the sub-contractor (where required) and the costs thereof included in the tender price.
